The above room and meal rates are net inclusive of 7% value added tax and non-commissionable.

Check in  time :  13.00  hours. Check out time :  12.00  noon on the day of departure.

Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check out, charged at 50% of room rate for check out prior to 6pm and 100% of room rate thereafter.

Please let us know what time you plan to arrive. If you'll be arriving after 6pm (when the café closes), it's essential to let us know, so that we can be there to welcome you. If you'll be arriving in the morning, it may be possible to get an early check-in.

• Cancellation submitted less than fourteen (14) days before arrival date will incur first night charge.
• Cancellation submitted less than seven (7) days before arrival date will incur 50% of the full period charge.
• Cancellation submitted less than three (3) days before arrival will incur full period charge.
• No show will incur full period charge.

Note : Shortening stay (early check out) is subject to the same policy as cancellation.
